1. Shipping Destinations
We proudly ship to major European destinations, including but not limited to Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Portugal, and France.
2. Processing & Delivery Times
Every order at our Atelier is handled with care.

Order Processing: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our international fulfillment centers to process, quality-check, and pack your order.

Estimated Delivery Window: Once processed, standard premium shipping to most European destinations takes approximately 7 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
🏷️ Please Note: While most packages arrive within 10 business days, occasional customs clearance delays, carrier bottlenecks, or remote area logistics can extend the window up to our maximum 15-business-day estimate.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your package leaves our international warehouse, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing a dedicated Tracking Number and a link to monitor your journey in real time.
Please note that tracking information can take 24 to 48 hours to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
4. Custom Duties, VAT & Fees (União Europeia)

All prices listed on our store are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax).

Orders shipped to countries within the European Union are processed under the standard IOSS scheme or international trade agreements, meaning your package is pre-cleared for customs. You will not be charged any unexpected customs fees or import taxes upon delivery.
5. Multi-Item Orders
To ensure you receive your beautifully curated pieces as quickly as possible, items from the same order may occasionally be dispatched from different specialized international warehouses. If this happens, your products may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times. Rest assured, you will receive individual tracking details for each package.
6. Address Corrections
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. If you notice an error in your address, please contact our support team immediately at contact@piccollinacatarina.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an item has been processed and dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to reroute the shipment.
