In complete accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, we offer a transparent and stress-free return process.
1. The 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
As a customer residing in the European Union, you have the statutory right to cancel your purchase and return your items within 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you, physically receive the parcel.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day window expires by contacting our dedicated family support team at contact@piccollinacatarina.com.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, your items must be returned in the exact same condition that you received them. This means your items must be:

Unused, unwashed, and completely free from any signs of wear.

In their original, undamaged boutique packaging.

Complete with all original tags, labels, and accompanying accessories (such as cotton bags or wooden plaques) intact.
⚠️ Please Note: For strict hygiene and safety reasons, personalized items, personal care products (such as baby brushes and combs), and intimate items cannot be returned once their original seal or packaging has been opened, unless they arrive defective.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Returning a piece to our Atelier is simple:

Contact Us: Send an email to contact@piccollinacatarina.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your Full Name, Order Number (e.g., #PC1001), and a brief note regarding the item you wish to return.

Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request and send you the exact return shipping address details within 24 business hours.

Dispatch Your Package: Pack the items securely and ship them back to us. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee or take responsibility for items lost in transit during return shipping.
Note: In accordance with standard e-commerce practices, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great pride in our quality checks. However, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect product, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately.
Please send a photo or a short video of the issue to contact@piccollinacatarina.com so we can evaluate the matter and make it right. In these special cases, Piccollina Catarina will fully cover the costs of replacement or return shipping.
5. Refunds Processing
Once your return shipment is received at our center and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.
